Once again, Columbia Heating & Cooling saved the day for us. We have been customers of Columbia H&C for over 15 years. And, as a real estate agent for those 15 years, I have referred at least 20 of my clients to Columbia, with 100% total satisfaction on those referrals. Yesterday, in 90 degree temperatures, our air conditioner went “south.” We called Columbia (it was about 6:30 PM in the evening, on a Friday, not a good time). The call service took our name and phone # and, within about 1 hour, we got a call from a technician. He said he would call early the next morning, and, lo and behold, he called at 8 AM the next morning (Saturday!!) to say that he would be at our home at 8:30 AM. He was there at that time!! He took care of the air conditioner after making several tests. He could have tried to sell us a new AC (which is 15 years old, by the way). Instead, he fixed the problem, and we are happy and comfortable again.(By the way, the tech’s name is Ben.) Columbia is in the business of doing the job right and working for future business, not one-time shots. This company seems to be very interested in satisfying customers so that they will keep coming back. As a realtor, I will continue to refer Columbia Heating and Cooling forever. By the way, thank you Columbia, for doing such a great job and being very timely.
